Ed Forman, President of Watson Realty Corp., one of the largest independent real estate companies in the United States, started his career in the Washington D.C. area in 1972. Ed has worked as a sales associate, in new home sales, and served as real estate office manager, regional manager, general manager and now president.
Mr. Forman holds a Certified Residential Broker (CRB) designation. In addition, to being a real estate broker in the state of Florida, Ed is also a licensed real estate instructor. He has previously been licensed in Maryland, Washington D.C., Virginia and Georgia. Ed is currently an active member of the National Association of Realtors®, Florida Association of Realtors® (FAR) and Northeast Florida Association of Realtors® (NEFAR).
Prior to Ed’s real estate career, he worked on Senator Herman Talmadge’s (GA) staff and for the US Senate in Washington D.C. for eight years.
Ed’s hometown is in Savannah, GA. He previously lived in Washington D.C. for 25 years as well as Orlando, FL, Fort Lauderdale, FL, and now resides in Jacksonville, FL.

Carlotta Landschoot returned to the family business in 1993 after having a successful career for seven years as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with Price Waterhouse in Orlando, Florida. She joined the company as the Chief Financial Officer handling all financial matters of the company.
In 1995, Carlotta was promoted to Director of Relocation. In this capacity, Carlotta is responsible for all corporate relocation, business development and internet leads management activities for Watson Relocation Services. The Division consists of fifty relocation professionals who provide relocation services for individuals, families and companies moving into or out of Northern and Central Florida. The Division provides a wide range of services including orientation tours, home search assistance, rental assistance, cost of living comparison and relocation counseling.
Carlotta is a member of the Employee Relocation Council (ERC), Relocation Directors Council (RDC), and Southeastern Regional Relocation Council (SRRC). She is a past Treasurer, Executive Committee member and Advisory Board member of SRRC and was on the RELO® Direct Strategy Council from 2005-2008. She presently serves on the RealEstate.com Advisory Board. Additionally, Carlotta is a frequent speaker at Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® conferences.
Carlotta holds the Certified Relocation Professional (CRP), Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) and World Referral Specialist (GMS) designations.

Ken Bennett moved to Florida from Washington, DC, in 1994, and joined Watson Realty in 1998 as the Managing Broker of the University/Oviedo Office. Over the next two years, he took that office into the Top 5 of the Central Florida Region. Ken was subsequently named Regional Manager of the Central Florida Region in 2001 and still holds that position with the company today.
Ken was first licensed to sell real estate in 1977, after having served five years active duty in the United States Navy. He found his transition into the real estate field to be a 'hand in glove' experience. Ken was recognized as Rookie of the Year in 1978 and went on to receive many other honors in sales over the years. In 1983, Ken received his Broker's License in the Commonwealth of Virginia and began his career in real estate management and has been recognized on three different occasions as Manager of the Year in former company affiliations.

Steve Calta, Vice President and Regional Manager of Watson Realty Corp.’s North Central Region, began his career in 1997 as a sales associate at Watson Realty. Steve’s leadership and business abilities were quickly apparent as he rose from sales associate to assistant manager and manager/broker to his current position
After graduating from Midland Lutheran College in Fremont Nebraska in 1979 Steve began a career in banking with a local community bank. To broaden his banking career Steve moved with wife Karen and their two daughters Heather and Tessie to Iowa. Building on his financial knowledge, Steve discovered his talents in sales and joined Piper Jaffary and Hopwood where he honed his sales and financial skills as a stockbroker. The entrepreneurial spirit led Steve and his family to purchase and operate two Dairy Queen Franchises which they grew and later sold.
Steve enjoys outdoor activities, endurance sports, rooting for the Jacksonville Jaguars and spending time at the beach. He says that completing four marathons has provided insight and helped create the discipline necessary to create success as a leader in real estate.

Wendie Mayfield, Vice President/Jacksonville Regional Manager of Watson Realty Corp. began her career with Watson in October of 1982. Wendie has been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 1983. She has over 25 successful years in the real estate business, prior to becoming Vice President/Jacksonville Regional Manager Wendie worked as a branch manager and grew to #1 in the company and #1 in the greater Jacksonville area.
During her last 15 years with Watson Realty Corp. as Regional Manger over 20 residential sales offices, she maintained the company’s #1 position in the Jacksonville area, carrying a consistent market share over 20%; at least twice that of the nearest competitor. The Jacksonville region has grown in closed sales from $390 million to $1.5 billion. Over the last 25 years Wendie has worked in real estate as an experienced agent, broker, branch manager, and presently is Watson Realty Corp.’s Vice President/Jacksonville Regional Manager.
Wendie holds a B.A. with a major in Marketing and is a graduate from American Institute of Banking. She has also worked with many builders throughout the Jacksonville area, and is experienced in sales and marketing of new homes and condos in all prices ranges.
